Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By engaging Luxi AI ("we", "us", "our") for marketing, lead generation, website, funnel, SEO or automation services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
Luxi AI provides done-for-you marketing services including paid advertising management, funnel and website design, SEO, and AI-powered lead follow-up automation for contractors and construction businesses.
3. Fees & Payment
The first month fee is £10,000, payable upfront, covering build, launch and ad warm-up. Following months are £5,000, billed monthly in advance. Ad spend is paid by the Client directly to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) and is not included in our fees.
4. Term & Cancellation
Month one is a build commitment and is non-refundable once work has begun. After month one, the engagement continues month-to-month and may be cancelled by either party with 14 days written notice.
5. Results Disclaimer
We use proven systems but cannot guarantee specific lead volumes, revenue, or conversion outcomes. Results depend on factors including market, pricing, ad spend, sales capability and follow-through.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, Client owns final delivered website and ad creative assets produced for them. Luxi AI retains rights to underlying systems, processes, templates and automations.
7. Limitation of Liability
Luxi AI's total liability under any claim is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the preceding three (3) months.
